Customers book a slot, get a photo when the bike is ready and pay in the app. The workshop runs its day from one screen.
Crew planning for inland shipping
A planning tool that replaced a shared spreadsheet. Skippers see their schedule on their phone; the office sees the whole fleet.
Loyalty programme for a bakery chain
Twelve shops, one digital card and a weekly email people actually open. Built alongside the brand refresh that came with it.
About
Small by design.
adfirm is a team of six in Rotterdam: four developers, a designer and a marketer who used to be a developer. We started the studio after watching good products fail quietly for lack of marketing, and good campaigns send people to products that were not ready. Doing both halves fixes that.
We take on a few projects at a time. The people you meet in the first conversation are the people who do the work.
